never just been paint on pavement.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt is a reminder that our community exists, that our stories matter, and that those we have lost will not be forgotten.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt is a memorial.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp
