Shipping policy

Free shipping only applies to orders being delivered within the United States and will be automatically applied to your cart.

We generally ship via USPS, unless other shipping accommodations have been requested. In-stock items will generally ship within 2 - 4 business days. Customized items can take up to 14 business days to produce. 

Once shipped, domestic orders are generally in transit 2 - 5 business days.

International orders are generally in transit 6 - 14 business days.

These are USPS estimated shipping timeframes. Please be aware that shipping delays can occur, especially around the holidays.

International orders cannot be tracked once they leave the US. Therefore, if you are placing an order from outside the US, we will be unable to refund lost or stolen orders. Although this rarely happens. We generally find the package is tied up in customs.

If a domestic order goes missing, we can find out where it was last dropped off via the tracking number. Often, it may have been dropped off at a neighbors house, or someplace else nearby.
